Ohio: Clear advantage for Democrats in new CNN-ORC poll
CNN-ORC released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Ohio were asked who they would vote for. Of those who answered the question, 50.0% revealed that they would vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, while 43.0% declared that they would give their vote to the republican Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from March 2 to March 6 with 884 registered voters. Figures have a +/-3.5 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.8% for the Democrats and 46.2% for the Republicans. The democrats did worse by 1.5 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Ohio.
