North Carolina: Small lead for Republicans in latest SurveyUSA poll
Results of a new poll carried out by SurveyUSA were released on April 16. Participants from North Carolina were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who answered the question, 43.0% revealed that they would vote for the Democrats, while 45.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted between February 14 and February 16. The sample size was 1250 likely voters. The sampling error is +/-2.8 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.9% for Clinton and 51.1% for Trump.
