North Carolina: New PPP (D) poll shows Republicans trailing
Results of a new poll carried out by PPP (D) were released on March 28. Participants from North Carolina were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results show that 44.0% of interviewees intend to vote for Democratic party, while 42.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was carried out between March 18 and March 20. The sample size was 843 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-3.4 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 51.2% for the Democrats and 48.8% for the Republicans.
