New SurveyUSA poll in North Carolina: Republicans with small advantage
Results of a new poll conducted by SurveyUSA were published on April 26. Participants from North Carolina were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 43.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democratic Party, while 45.0% plan to vote for the GOP. The poll was carried out from February 14 to February 16 among 1250 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-2.8 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.9% for the Democrats and 51.1% for the Republicans.
