PPP (D) published the results of a new poll, in which participants from North Carolina were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 44.0% of interviewees plan to vote for the Democrats, while 42.0% plan to vote for the Republican Party. The poll was conducted from March 18 to March 20 among 843 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.4 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 51.2% for the democrat Clinton and 48.8% for Trump. The republicans did better by 0.0 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in North Carolina.
