Elon University released the results of a new poll, in which participants from North Carolina were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 47.0% said that they will vote for the Democrats, while 41.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted from February 15 to February 17 among 1530 likely voters. Figures have a +/-2.5 percentage points margin of error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 53.4% for the democrat Clinton and 46.6% for Trump.
