North Carolina: Advantage for Republicans in new SurveyUSA poll
SurveyUSA released the results of a new poll, in which participants from North Carolina were asked who they would vote for. The results reveal that 43.0% of participants are going to vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, while 45.0% said they would vote for the republican Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from February 14 to February 16 among 1250 likely voters. Results have a +/-2.8 percentage points sampling error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.9% for the democrat Clinton and 51.1% for the republican Trump.
