New York: Very clear advantage for Democrats in recent Emerson poll
Emerson published the results of a new poll, in which participants from New York were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 55.0% said that they plan to vote for Hillary Clinton, whereas 36.0% said that they would give their vote to the republican Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from April 15 to April 17 among 1047 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-3.0 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 60.4% for Hillary Clinton and 39.6% for Donald Trump.
