SurveyUSA poll in Michigan: Republicans trail by a very clear margin
SurveyUSA released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Michigan were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 49.0% of respondents would vote for the Democratic Party, while 38.0% would vote for the GOP. The poll was carried out from March 23 to March 24 among 904 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-3.3 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.3% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 43.7% for the republican Donald Trump.
