Results of a new poll carried out by PPP (D) were published on March 28. Participants from Ohio were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who answered the question, 45.0% said that they would vote for Hillary Clinton, while 40.0% declared that they would give their vote to Donald Trump. The poll was carried out between March 3 and March 4. The sample size was 1248 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-2.8 percentage points sampling error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 52.9% for the democrat Clinton and 47.1% for the republican Trump.
