New KSTP/SurveyUSA poll in Minnesota: Republicans hold small lead
Results of a new poll carried out by KSTP/SurveyUSA were released on April 4. Participants from Minnesota were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 42.0% of interviewees plan to vote for the Democrats, while 45.0% plan to vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted from October 29 to November 2 with 516 registered voters. Figures have a +/-4.4 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.3% for the Democrats and 51.7% for the Republicans. The democrats did better by 3.1 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Minnesota.
