KSTP/SurveyUSA released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Minnesota were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 42.0% of interviewees are going to vote for the Democrats, while 45.0% are going to vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from October 29 to November 2, among a random sample of 516 registered voters. Results have a +/-4.4 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.3% for the Democrats and 51.7% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Minnesota The democrats did better in this poll.
