New Hampshire: Clear advantage for Democrats in WMUR/UNH poll
Results of a new poll conducted by WMUR/UNH were released on April 7. Participants from New Hampshire were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who answered the question, 47.0% revealed that they intend to vote for the Democrats, whereas 39.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from February 20 to February 28 with 628 likely voters.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 54.7% for the democrat Clinton and 45.4% for the republican Trump. The democrats did worse by 0.3 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in New Hampshire.
