New Hampshire: Clear advantage for Democrats in latest WMUR/UNH poll
The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of WMUR/UNH in New Hampshire, were released on April 4. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results show that 47.0% of interviewees will vote for Hillary Clinton, while 39.0% said they would vote for the republican Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from February 20 to February 28 with 628 likely voters.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.7% for the Democrats and 45.4% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New Hampshire The democrats did worse in this poll.
