NBC-WSJ-Marist poll in Ohio: Democrats are leading
Results of a new poll conducted by NBC-WSJ-Marist were published on April 2. Participants from Ohio were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 48.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democrats, while 42.0% plan to vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10, among a random sample of 2052 registered voters. Figures have a +/-2.2 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.3% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 46.7% for the republican Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Ohio The democrats did worse in this poll.
