NBC-WSJ-Marist poll in New York: Republicans are behind
Results of a new poll carried out by NBC-WSJ-Marist were released on April 16. Participants from New York were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results show that 61.0% of respondents plan to vote for Clinton, while 32.0% said they would vote for Trump. The poll was conducted from April 6 to April 10 with 1987 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-2.2 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 65.6% for the Democrats and 34.4% for the Republicans. The vote share for the democrats is 3.9 percentage points under the average results of other polls in New York.
