NBC-WSJ-Marist poll in Michigan: Republicans are behind
NBC-WSJ-Marist released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Michigan were asked who they would vote for. The results show that 52.0% of participants will vote for Democratic party, while 36.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 1 to March 3 among 2229 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-2.1 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 59.1% for the democrat Clinton and 40.9% for Trump. The vote share for the democrats is 4.1 percentage points under the average results of other polls in Michigan.
