MRG poll in Michigan: Democrats are in the lead
MRG released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Michigan were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 44.0% of interviewees plan to vote for the Democrats, while 39.0% plan to vote for the Republicans. The poll was carried out between February 22 and February 27. The sample size was 600 likely voters. Estimated have a +/-4.0 percentage points sampling error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.0% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 47.0% for the republican Donald Trump. The democrats did better by 2.0 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Michigan.
