WXYZ-TV/Detroit Free Press released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Michigan were asked who they would vote for. The results reveal that 46.0% of respondents plan to vote for Democratic party, whereas 38.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from October 25 to October 31, among a random sample of 600 likely voters. The sampling error is +/-4.0 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.8% for the Democrats and 45.2% for the Republicans.
