Michigan: Democrats tied with Republicans in latest poll results
Results of a new poll conducted by FOX 2 Detroit/Mitchell were released on March 31. Participants from Michigan were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who responded, 42.0% said that they will vote for the Democrats, whereas 42.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from September 18 to September 18 with 1483 likely voters. The error margin is +/-2.5 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 50.0% for Hillary Clinton and 50.0% for the republican Donald Trump.
