Michigan: Clinton tied with Trump in latest poll results
The results of a new poll, sponsored FOX 2 Detroit/Mitchell in Michigan, were released on April 12. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results reveal that 42.0% of respondents are going to vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, whereas 42.0% said they would vote for the republican Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from September 18 to September 18 among 1483 likely voters. The error margin is +/-2.5 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 50.0% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 50.0% for Donald Trump.
