Michigan: Clear advantage for Democrats in recent EPIC-MRA poll
Results of a new poll carried out by EPIC-MRA were released on March 29. Participants from Michigan were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 47.0% of respondents are going to vote for the Democrats, while 37.0% are going to vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from March 19 to March 22, among a random sample of 600 likely voters. Results have a +/-4.0 percentage points error margin.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.0% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 44.1% for the republican Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Michigan The democrats did worse in this poll.
