Louisiana: Republicans with clear advantage in WWL-TV/Clarus poll
Results of a new poll carried out by WWL-TV/Clarus were released on March 30. Participants from Louisiana were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 39.0% of interviewees are going to vote for Democratic party, while 47.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was carried out between September 20 and September 23. The sample size was 800 registered voters.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 45.4% for the democrat Clinton and 54.7% for Trump.
