Connecticut: Clear advantage for Democrats in latest Quinnipiac poll
Results of a new poll conducted by Quinnipiac were published on April 15. Participants from Connecticut were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who answered the question, 47.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, whereas 40.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted between October 7 and October 11. The sample size was 1735 registered voters. Figures have a +/-2.4 percentage points error margin.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.0% for the Democrats and 46.0% for the Republicans.
