PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on April 7. In this poll, respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
Of those who answered the question, 45.0% revealed that they plan to vote for the Democrats, while 40.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. This poll was conducted from March 3 to March 4, among a random sample of 1248 registered voters. Results have a +/-2.8 percentage points sampling error. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 52.9% for Hillary Clinton and 47.1% for Donald Trump.
