The results of a new poll, conducted by NBC-WSJ-Marist in Florida, were released on April 14. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who responded, 49.0% said that they will vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, whereas 41.0% indicated that they would give their vote to Donald Trump. This poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10, among a random sample of 2422 registered voters. Results have a +/-2.0 percentage points error margin.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.4% for Hillary Clinton and 45.6% for the republican Donald Trump.
