Latest CNN-ORC poll in Florida: Democrats hold clear lead
The results of a new poll, conducted by CNN-ORC in Florida, were published on April 6. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. According to the results, 50.0% of interviewees would vote for the Democratic Party, while 43.0% would vote for the GOP. The poll was carried out between March 2 and March 6. The sample size was 854 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-3.5 percentage points sampling error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.8% for the democrat Clinton and 46.2% for the republican Trump.
