The results of a new poll, conducted by PPP (D) in Kentucky, were released on April 4. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who answered the question, 45.0% revealed that they are going to vote for Clinton, whereas 42.0% indicated that they would give their vote to Trump. This poll was conducted from June 18 to June 21, among a random sample of 1108 registered voters.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 51.7% for the Democrats and 48.3% for the Republicans.
