PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Iowa: Democrats are leading
On April 16, PPP (D)PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Iowa were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
According to the results, 45.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democrats, while 43.0% plan to vote for Party. The poll was carried out from December 10 to December 13 with 1426 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-2.6 percentage points sampling error. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 51.1% for Clinton and 48.9% for the Republican Trump.
