Georgia: TEGNA/SurveyUSA poll: Republicans at 50%
TEGNA/SurveyUSA released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Georgia were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 41.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, whereas 50.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from February 22 to February 23 among 1261 likely voters. Figures have a +/-2.8 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 45.1% for the democrat Clinton and 55.0% for Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Georgia The republicans did worse in this poll.
