Franklin & Marshall poll in Pennsylvania: Democrats are ahead
Results of a new poll carried out by Franklin & Marshall were released on April 11. Participants from Pennsylvania were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 46.0% of respondents are going to vote for the Democrats, while 33.0% are going to vote for the Republicans. The poll was carried out between March 14 and March 20. The sample size was 828 registered voters. Figures have a +/-3.3 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 58.2% for the democrat Clinton and 41.8% for the republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Pennsylvania The democrats did worse in this poll.
