Fort Hays St. University poll in Missouri: Democrats are behind
Results of a new poll conducted by Fort Hays St. University were published on March 24. Participants from Missouri were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who responded, 38.0% said that they are going to vote for the Democrats, while 43.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 3 to March 10 among 475 adults. The sampling error is +/-4.6 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 46.9% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 53.1% for Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Missouri The republicans did better in this poll.
