Florida: Republicans with small lead in recent PPP (D)PPP (D) poll
PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on April 6. In this poll, respondents from Florida were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
Of those who responded, 44.0% revealed that they would vote for the Democrats, whereas 46.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was in the field between February 24 and February 25. The sample size was 1012 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.1 percentage points. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.9% for the Democrat Clinton and 51.1% for the Republican Trump.
