Florida: Advantage for Democrats in new Quinnipiac poll
Quinnipiac published the results of a new poll, in which participants from Florida were asked who they would vote for. The results show that 46.0% of participants are going to vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, whereas 41.0% said they would vote for Donald Trump. The poll was in the field between September 25 and October 5. The sample size was 1173 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.9 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 52.9% for the Democrats and 47.1% for the Republicans.
