EPIC-MRA poll in Michigan: Republicans trail by a clear margin
The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of EPIC-MRA in Michigan, were released on April 15. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who responded, 47.0% said that they would vote for the Democrats, whereas 37.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from March 19 to March 22 with 600 likely voters. The error margin is +/-4.0 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.0% for the democrat Clinton and 44.1% for Trump.
