Democrats lead in Wisconsin by 10 points in latest Marquette poll
Results of a new poll carried out by Marquette were published on April 22. Participants from Wisconsin were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 47.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democrats, while 37.0% plan to vote for the GOP. The poll was in the field between March 24 and March 28. The sample size was 1405 registered voters. Results have a +/-3.3 percentage points error margin.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.0% for the democrat Clinton and 44.1% for the republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Wisconsin The democrats did better in this poll.
