Democrats lead in New York by 16 points in new FOX News poll
FOX News published the results of a new poll, in which participants from New York were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 53.0% of participants would vote for the Democratic Party, while 37.0% would vote for the Republican Party. The poll was in the field between April 4 and April 7. The sample size was 1403 likely voters. The sampling error is +/-2.5 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 58.9% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 41.1% for the republican Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New York The democrats did better in this poll.
