Democrats lead in Minnesota by 5 points in latest Star Tribune/Mason-Dixon poll
Results of a new poll conducted by Star Tribune/Mason-Dixon were released on April 15. Participants from Minnesota were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 43.0% of participants are going to vote for the Democrats, while 38.0% are going to vote for the Republicans. The poll was carried out from January 18 to January 20 among 800 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.5 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.1% for the democrat Clinton and 46.9% for Trump.
