Democrats lead in Michigan by 8 points in latest WXYZ-TV/Detroit Free Press poll
WXYZ-TV/Detroit Free Press released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Michigan were asked who they would vote for. The results reveal that 46.0% of respondents plan to vote for Democratic party, whereas 38.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was in the field between October 25 and October 31. The sample size was 600 likely voters. The error margin is +/-4.0 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.8% for Clinton and 45.2% for Trump.
