PPP (D) poll in Michigan: Democrats are leading
The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of PPP (D) in Michigan, were released on March 31. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who responded, 49.0% revealed that they would vote for the Democrats, whereas 39.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out between June 25 and June 28. The sample size was 1072 registered voters. Results have a +/-3.0 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 55.7% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 44.3% for the republican Donald Trump.
