The results of a new poll, conducted on behalf of EPIC-MRA in Michigan, were released on March 31. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who answered the question, 47.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, while 37.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from March 19 to March 22 with 600 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-4.0 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.0% for the Democrats and 44.1% for the Republicans.
