The results of a new poll, sponsored NBC-WSJ-Marist in Florida, were released on March 31. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. Of those who responded, 49.0% said that they intend to vote for Clinton, whereas 41.0% indicated that they would give their vote to Trump. The poll was carried out from March 4 to March 10 among 2422 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.0 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 54.4% for the democrat Clinton and 45.6% for the republican Trump.
