CNN-ORC poll in Florida: Republicans are behind
The results of a new poll, conducted by CNN-ORC in Florida, were published on March 30. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results show that 50.0% of participants plan to vote for Democratic party, whereas 43.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from March 2 to March 6, among a random sample of 854 registered voters. Results have a +/-3.5 percentage points error margin.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 53.8% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 46.2% for Donald Trump.
