Michigan: Democrats with very clear advantage in SurveyUSA poll
Results of a new poll carried out by SurveyUSA were released. Participants from Michigan were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 49.0% of interviewees are going to vote for Democratic party, while 38.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was carried out between March 23 and March 24. The sample size was 904 likely voters. Results have a +/-3.3 percentage points sampling error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.3% for the Democrats and 43.7% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Michigan The democrats did worse in this poll.
