WXIA-TV/SurveyUSA released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Georgia were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 37.0% said that they would vote for the Democrats, whereas 46.0% indicated that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out between October 15 and October 26. The sample size was 481 likely voters. Figures have a +/-4.0 percentage points error margin.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 44.6% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 55.4% for Donald Trump. The republicans did worse by 8.3 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Georgia.
