Pennsylvania: Republicans hold small lead in PPP (D) poll
Results of a new poll carried out by PPP (D) were released. Participants from Pennsylvania were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 43.0% of respondents intend to vote for the Democratic Party, while 45.0% intend to vote for the GOP. The poll was conducted from October 8 to October 11 with 1012 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-3.1 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.9% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 51.1% for Donald Trump. The democrats did better by 3.1 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Pennsylvania.
