South Carolina: PPP (D) poll: Republicans at 47%
PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which participants from South Carolina were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 42.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, whereas 47.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from November 7 to November 8 among 1290 registered voters. Figures have a +/-2.7 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 47.2% for the democrat Clinton and 52.8% for Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in South Carolina The republicans did worse in this poll.
