Florida: Marginal advantage for Republicans in latest News 13/SurveyUSA poll
Results of a new poll carried out by News 13/SurveyUSA were released on March 23. Participants from Florida were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 44.0% of respondents are going to vote for Democratic party, while 45.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 6 with 1961 likely voters. The sampling error is +/-2.3 points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 49.4% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 50.6% for Donald Trump.
