Latest Marquette poll in Wisconsin: Republicans trail by a clear margin
Results of a new poll conducted by Marquette were published on March 31. Participants from Wisconsin were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who answered the question, 47.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, whereas 37.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from March 24 to March 28 with 1405 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-3.3 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.0% for the democrat Clinton and 44.1% for Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Wisconsin The democrats did worse in this poll.
