KSTP/SurveyUSAKSTP-TV poll in Minnesota: Democrats are trailing
KSTP/SurveyUSAKSTP-TV released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Minnesota were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 42.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democratic Party, while 45.0% plan to vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted between October 29 and November 2. The sample size was 516 registered voters. Figures have a +/-4.4 percentage points error margin.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.3% for Clinton and 51.7% for the republican Trump. The vote share for the democrats is 3.1 percentage points over the average results of other polls in Minnesota. The poll results for the Democrats are therefore percentage points above the combined PollyVote, which currently forecasts a two-party vote share of % in Minnesota.
